26 октября 2017 вышла первая партия сухих пиломатериалов из сушильной камеры. Сушильные камеры производства BaltBrand по 150 кубометров каждая построены в рамках реализуемого инвестиционного проекта по изготовлению сухих обрезных пиломатериалов.

THE FIRST STAGE OF MODERNIZATION OF PRODUCTION
At the moment, the plant continues construction of three facilities: BaltBrend drying chambers, Agro Forst Boiler Plant and Dry sawn sorting shop.The purpose of the construction is to expand, modernize production, as well as create conditions for deeper wood processing.

The production director of LLC Sortavala Sawmill Zaytsev Roman Mikhaylovich was awarded the title "The Laureate of 2016" for a big personal deposit in development of timber processing complex of the Republic of Karelia, in expansion and upgrade of production, creation of new workplaces.The diploma and a memorable sign were handed by the Governor of Karelia Alexander Hudilaynen.

The start of construction of a DRYING COMPLEX
The implementation of the investment project for the construction of a drying complex has been started. Contracts with Austrian company AGRO Forst & Energietechnik GmbH and Latvian company BALTBREND for the supply of a wood waste boiler plant and 4 drying chambers have been concluded.
